I thought that something was wrong with my camera, but i contacted sony sent them some samples and they explained it somehow like this:
That purple vignetting is appearing due to CCD sensor overheating, and is called Amplifier Glow (mostly mentioned as amp glow), and that it's unavoidable on such long exp, and can be removed in PS, and camera also removes it completely (tested) by turning on long exp.noise reduction and that Alpha 700 and 900 don't have that problem, but all cheaper models do...
I wasn't too satisfied with the answer, but today i read that all Olympus, including Olympus E1 has that thing on exposures from 2 SECONDS and above... Hearing that, my problem seems like a joke since it appears on exposures from 2-3 min and on....
